Are you seeking a group which will help you [or a friend] to move beyond the need for expressing anger or frustration with violence?
Do you want to discover the person you were born to be before abuse or accident interrupted your development?
Our groups meet every week of the year, and there are no conditions to be met. You can be between 16 and 100, male or female, and your partner is welcome to come with you.
Ongoing Change groups are for those concerned by their feelings of anger, frustration or helplessness, who are not coping, or who are up before the courts.
Ongoing Change runs group programs for those who find that they need to change the ways they act when anger, frustration, helplessness, depression, or inability to cope rises. They may simply need to consider the possibility that they could make changes in their lives and in their relationships.
Groups are facilitated by people including those who themselves have experienced positive changes made from difficult beginnings.
Group members form supportive relationships within the groups, allowing Ongoing Change to occur between and within group meetings. Many take away ideas to try out for themselves. They return for further ideas when they feel ready.
Recognising that anyone can have problems with anger, Ongoing Change welcomes and accepts anyone, both men and women, single or as couples of any age, to join our groups.
“There is not one person who is not positively affected by Ongoing Change.”
